The Reconnect Program uses community-based early intervention services to assist young people aged 12 to 18 years (12 to 21 years for newly arrived youth) who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, and their families.
As a Reconnect Case Worker, you will utilise direct client support, case management, referrals, and advocacy to assist young people to stabilise their living situation and improve their level of engagement with family, work, education, training, and their local community.

In addition to base salary plus superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits.
