  • Join an innovative program delivering intensive early intervention and care
  • Full-time, Maximum Term role until December 2025 located in Richmond
  • Competitive sector remuneration + access to salary packaging benefits

About the role

Our Cooke Court Service aims to reproduce the results of an Early Years Education research program with our partners The Parkville Institute, the Australian Government Department of Education, the Victorian Government and Yarra City Council.

The results of the original trial showed significant improvement in children’s cognitive skills including language and speech, resilience, social and emotional development.

This service works with a multidisciplinary team of researchers to ensure the model is operating with fidelity and operates with lower child to staff ratios, a maximum of 48 children attending 5 hours per day Monday to Friday.

We have a full-time role for a skilled and Bachelor qualified teacher to join our Cooke Court Uniting SEED (Specialist Early Education and Development) Service located in Richmond.

Be part of an innovative program delivering an intensive early intervention and care approach to equip vulnerable children with the learning and developmental support they need as they start their education journey.
