Bring your exceptional people-leading skills and help us deliver our Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program across Melbourne’s East.
We are the largest provider of the KIS program in Victoria, helping create inclusive environments for children with disabilities, developmental delays, or complex medical needs. We believe in providing genuine opportunities for every child to access and actively participate in kindergarten programs.
As the Program Manager for Melbourne’s East, you will lead the team of Engagement Officers, Additional Assistants, and KIS Operations staff supporting the delivery of high-quality, sustainable and community-focused kindergarten services across Boroondara, Knox, Manningham, Maroondah, Monash, Whitehorse and Yarra Ranges.
The role is part-time, 4 days per week (0.8 FTE), and we are flexible on days except for Thursday, which we set aside as a day to connect as a team.
