As an FPR Senior Practitioner, you will deliver the Victorian Family Preservation and Reunification (FPR) Response, working collaboratively with children and families to provide a rapid, intensive and sustained intervention aimed at preventing at risk children entering or re-entering care.
In this role, you will implement a wrap around, evidence informed case management approach for the most complex challenging families.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will work closely with the Team Leader to provide support, live coaching, and supervision to FPR Practitioners and direct reports in cases that are high risk, present multiple demands and when FPR Practitioners identify as needing additional support.
