Our Family Preservation and Reunification Response Program promotes strong and self-sufficient families by supporting parents and caregivers to create a safe and nurturing home environment.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide intensive wraparound case management services to the most complex and challenging families who present with multiple demands. You will deliver assertive outreach, undertake risk assessments, lead care team planning and develop creative interventions to engage hard-to-reach families.
Working as part of collaborative care team, you will assist families to address the safety and developmental needs of children and young people, and support parents to enhance their resilience and self-determination.
You will be working alongside a highly motivated and professional team, in a role that is both rewarding and fulfilling – who has been supporting vulnerable children and families as part of the Family Preservation and Reunification Response Program for more than two years.
In addition to base salary (SCHADS Level 6) and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

You will have a degree qualification in social work, psychology or a child and family welfare related discipline and a current driver’s licence.
