As our Head of Housing Development, you will lead all facets of housing development from inception to handing over the key. Your primary responsibilities include:

Access to affordable, safe, and secure housing is essential to supporting people’s health and well-being and strengthening personal, family, and community connections.
We develop housing projects that are socially, environmentally and financially sustainable and operate in areas of need where there is a shortage of alternative options. We partner with governments, businesses, communities, and Uniting Church congregations to explore community needs and develop housing options.

In addition to your salary of $200K base (FTE) + super, you can access the following:
First and foremost, you are known for your development expertise and your skill in managing complex projects and governance effectively. Your strengths include negotiation, diplomacy and the ability to ‘close the deal’ to achieve objectives and overcome hurdles. You have strong people management skills and have built a reputation for leading high-performing teams.
