About the role

We have commenced a project to implement a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system to improve our workforce management and help us streamline our processes.

As the HCM Business Analyst, you will play an important role in helping us understand our workforce's current and future HCM system needs. As a key project team member, you will collaborate on the analysis, design, selection and implementation of our HCM, ensuring it meets our business strategy and operational needs.

It’s a full-time role for a maximum period for two years from commencement.

About you

You have built a solid reputation for providing business analyst services for HCM implementations. Your success in this work is underpinned by your skill to rapidly build a good rapport with the project working group members, vendors and key stakeholders. You are known for your ability to empathise with user groups' challenges and build their confidence.

You’ll also bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, finance, IT etc)
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven verbal and written communication and ability to adapt to meet various audiences.
• Proven interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Proficient use of Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
