Provide individual support to parents to build their skills and confidence, assisting them to navigate specialised services for children with emerging needs from birth up to the age of 18.
Establish peer group services and identify opportunities for parents to build social connection and mutual support with other families.
Deliver a flexible service response and enable parents to respond positively to challenges, building capability through consultation and advice.
