Work with families and services to prevent children from requiring care outside the family home because of complex disability support needs.
Your expertise will enable parents to navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and learn how to advocate for plans that contain disability supports that will enable them to provide care within the home, or support family reunification.
Providing advice and guidance to the family you will develop and maintain professional relationships with providers and work collaboratively to identify the disability support needs of the family.

In addition to your salary of (SCHADS Level 4) + super, Maximum Term Part Time, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
