As the Lead Educator, Workforce Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of the Earn & Learn Program, which offers traineeships to people studying a Certificate IV in Mental Health or a related field. Uniting offers traineeships across multiple sites in Metropolitan Melbourne, Ballarat, Horsham and Gippsland.
In this role you will provide support and mentorship to trainees across our mental health programs. You will develop and deliver tailored education packages to meet their learning needs and help them flourish as they work alongside completing their studies. You will also engage in the ongoing coordination and development of the Earn & Learn Program in conjunction with the Department of Health.

In addition to a base salary commencing at $49.28 p/hr + superannuation, you will have access to:
You have a Certificate IV in Mental Health along with extensive experience working in the mental health sector or a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychiatric Nursing, Youth Work or other health related discipline.
