We have a rare opportunity for a Manager to join our Gippsland Leadership Team. The Manager is responsible for the operational and strategic leadership, management and development of several high-quality community development and child, youth and family programs across our Gippsland Region. The programs aim to support families to enhance parenting capacity, improve family functioning and promote child safety.
As Manager, you will lead a committed workforce to deliver a range of services to vulnerable families who are experiencing difficulties that impact on parenting, family life and children’s wellbeing. Working closely with the Senior Manager, the Manager will ensure that services effectively respond to evolving consumer and community needs and are delivered in accordance with statutory requirements.

In addition to receiving a salary commencing at SCHADS Level 8 and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a degree qualification in social welfare, psychology, social work or a related discipline plus three years post qualifying experience.
