If you have property and commercial leasing experience and you’re ready to use your skills for good, we have a great opportunity to be part of the team responsible for managing our large diverse property portfolio.
We’ll keep you busy with an 800+ owned, leased, and licensed property portfolio across residential, commercial, early learning, and retail across Victoria and Tasmania (both as a tenant and a landlord).
Calling on your commercial and management skills, you will be responsible for all leasing and licence matters. You will be responsible for all tenancy payments and lease and licence administration, which is managed by the Real Estate Administrator. You will develop a deep understanding of the leasing market to assist with the organisation’s growth. You will also train and pass on your knowledge to the Real Estate Administrator to assist with the growth.

In addition to base salary and superannuation, you’ll have the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
We offer a hybrid (WFH) and flexible work environment and can set you up to work remotely for up to 2 days per week, with the other days at our office in Lonsdale Street.
There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program.
You are an experienced property and leasing manager who has had extensive experience in the commercial property sector and knows how to your way around in a lease. You are commercially driven and have good negotiation skills. You have good management and administrative practices to ensure that all necessary payments are made and received on time. You have good interpersonal skills to build rapport with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
Your exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping of financial and asset data together with your knowledge of lease administration processes and property management principles will assist you in ensuring the Real Estate Administrator is setup for success.
