About the opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Business Partnership, you will work within a team that partners with service delivery teams to develop and deliver strategic marcoms plans in support of operational objectives. 

Stakeholder relationship building is central to this role. In this role, your focus will be on strategy development, planning and implementation of integrated activities. This could include consumer acquisition and retention, advocacy-related activities, associated media and brand-building activities.

About you

You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience in communication, marketing or fundraising in a complex organisation. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities. 
  • The ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including peers, employees, external organisations, funding bodies and government agencies. 
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
