STEPTHRU CARE is a Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) model designed to address co-occurring AOD and mental health support needs, in conjunction with independent AOD and mental health needs.
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will endeavour to supply services that provide person centered bio-psycho-social treatments to people who have AOD and/or Mental health support needs. You will provide Care Coordination and support in adjuncts to the therapeutic interventions and AOD supports for those requiring higher levels of care under a stepped care approach.
In this role, you will also provide expert-based psycho-social clinical assessment and treatment to consumers seeking services under the Step Thru Care program, that are evidence based and/or best practice and that enhance the person’s recovery from a chronic mental illness and/or dual diagnosis.

In addition to base salary plus superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits.
