We have an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our Newpin Program based at Doveton on a part time, maximum term basis, 4 days per week until January 2026. Newpin (New Parent and Infant Network) is an intensive parent education program that works therapeutically with families with children 0–5 years who are under stress to break the cycle of destructive family behaviour and enhance parent-child relationships.
As a Newpin Support Worker, you will work closely with the Play Facilitator and other members of Newpin’s multidisciplinary team to provide high quality care services to children and their carers. The role will assist with setting up play spaces, engaging in therapeutic play and developmental opportunities for children and supporting the development of strong parent-child relationships.
