Your new role

Join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our newly established Op Shop in St Kilda. Lead a team of employees & volunteers, ensuring a dynamic & positive customer experience. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a lively and friendly community!

Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. We encourage and build a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development. Our Op Shops allow you to tap into your natural way of being creative, enthusiastic, and having fun. 

Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way, while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

Your skills and experience

You will have a passion for fashion and charity retail, a flair for visual merchandising and demonstrated experience in managing retail stores.

You will also have knowledge of brands and fashion trends and have ability to develop, mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
