We are looking for an experienced retail professional with creative flair to help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary op shops. Uniting Op Shops nurture a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development within our teams. In addition to a base salary of $56k (pro rata for part time) + super, you can access the following.

You will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, with demonstrated experience in managing retail stores. You will also have knowledge of brands and fashion trends and ability to develop, mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
