Your new role

We are looking for an experienced retail professional with creative flair to help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary Op Shops. Uniting Op Shops nurture a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development within our teams. We encourage our team members to express their enthusiasm, creativity and uniqueness, while having fun and providing unbeatable customer experiences in our op shops.

Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

In addition to a base salary commencing at $27.17 p/hr + casual loading + superannuation, you will have access to:

Your skills and experience

You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, with demonstrated experience in managing retail stores. Knowledge of brands and fashion trends and ability to develop, mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
