About the opportunity

You will lead the program to develop and implement our Voice of the People Program, a new consumer insight and research initiative that will inform our advice and support to partner organisations in reducing the hardship of their vulnerable clients.

You will also be responsible for our microlearning initiative and will design and deliver a learning program to help organisations better support vulnerable customers experiencing hardship. You will also have the scope to identify and develop new programs and initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

About the team

Enterprise Partnerships is a social consultancy that partners with financial services providers, energy and utilities, telcos, regulators, and policy makers to reduce financial hardship. We are a team of experienced industry consultants and trainers working with partner organisations to reduce their vulnerable customers' financial and social hardship.

What’s on offer

It’s a full-time role, but we can also consider a nine-day fortnight. We believe in flexibility and currently work a combination of office-based time and WFH two days per week. Our office in Lonsdale Street offers a range of concierge services, great end-of-trip facilities, and events such as free Yoga and well-being sessions.

In addition to receiving a base salary of $97k+ superannuation, you’ll also have access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits, which can be used for rent, mortgage repayments, or living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.

You can also increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchased leave program, access paid parental leave for up to 10 weeks, and receive a 10% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre.

About you

You will bring with you:

  • Strong experience in product and program design within a corporate, government, or community services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in taking a consumer-centred approach to the design and delivery of programs.
  • Experience developing methods for evaluating programs, including feedback from clients and consumers.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement in business, government, or community sectors.
  • Proven communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
