About the opportunity

As the Property Helpdesk Lead, you will coordinate the administration team and help us deliver high-level customer service, administrative & systems support, and maintenance coordination through external contractors.

You will ensure that the Asset Management Software is effectively utilised and maintained to support and improve the operational management of all assets owned or controlled by Uniting.

We offer a great location in Wesley Place, Lonsdale Street. The building offers a range of concierge services and excellent end-of-trip facilities. We also work flexibly and set you up with the tools and access to work-from-home some days or at our other Uniting offices.

About you

You will have experience in leading a team of property and maintenance administrators and the ability to provide technical support for asset management software users.

You have a proven track record in coaching a team to be engaged and productive to ensure that KPIs are met, process and governance are followed, and that admin is completed promptly. A qualification in administration or a related field would be highly regarded.

You’ll also bring with you:

  • Sound understanding of Microsoft systems
  • Previous experience in coordinating a help desk function
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
