About the opportunity

As a Quality Improvement Business Partner, you will foster and promote the continuous improvement of quality and safe practice which is underpinned by our Excellence Framework and places the consumer at the centre of everything we do.

In this role, you will advise and support staff across the organisation to actively manage risks and improve quality and safe practice and support a culture of continuous improvement that ensures good governance, efficiency, and organisation-wide compliance.

About you

You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A Tertiary Qualifications or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in service improvement, governance, continuous quality improvement or compliance across health or community services.
  • Experience developing and implementing quality improvement plans and strategies.
  • The ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including senior management, and staff from external organisations, funding bodies and government agencies.
  • Demonstrated skills in analysing, and synthesising information from diverse sources and drawing out implications for practice and improvement.
  • Relevant or practice experience with Child Youth and Families, supported employment, Housing and Homelessness, family violence or another community service is considered favourably.
