We are passionate about supporting individuals, families, and children experiencing vulnerability and provide dedicated services in community development, complex casework, emergency relief, and out-of-home care.
We work in both inner and outer Gippsland communities with bases in Morwell, Sale and Bairnsdale, so be prepared to travel across the whole of Gippsland. Our work isn’t easy, but it matters, and you will be working with people who care as much as you do.
As a Relief Social Worker in the Gippsland region, you will play a vital role in delivering essential support across various programs, empowering individuals and families to overcome challenges related to child and family services, family violence, and homelessness.

In addition to starting at a base hourly rate of $53.84 (SCHADS Level 6) and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
