We have multiple opportunities available for Residential Care Worker to join our team. The role will provide high quality care and support within a 24-hour residential setting to children and young people who can no longer live with their families.
Be a part of our new 2 Bed Sleep/Over Model, which will be providing long term placements for 2 young people. This will allow workers to contribute to these young people stabilising and reaching their potential. This program has the support of a Therapeutic Specialist and workers are trained in the impact of trauma on our young people, and ways staff can support them to overcome the impacts of this in their lives.

We are seeking cares that have the ability to make positive connections with young people and enjoy working within a positive team dynamic.
To be successful for this position you will need to have a minimum of Certificate IV in Youth Work or Community Services and Manadtory Top Up Training (Trauma Informed Practice Units).
