The School Focused Youth Service Program supports vulnerable students who are at risk of disengaging from their education. The program aims to ensure that at-risk young people aged 10-18 years are well-supported in their communities and continue to be engaged and connected to education. As a SFYS Coordinator, you will work in partnership with schools and other community organisations to address chronic school absenteeism and prevent students from disengaging from school.
