Your new role

As the Senior Manager – Northern Region, you are responsible for the performance of programs and services in Northern Victoria. This includes driving growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding Uniting’s reach within the region.

In this role, some of your objectives will include:

• Developing and executing strategies that ensure safe, effective and sustainable services, foster sustainable growth, capitalise on opportunities, and achieve or exceed growth targets.
• Maintaining operational efficiency, health safety and wellbeing requirements across the region’s services
• Building strong and impactful relationships within the community.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor level qualification in human/community services.
• Masters level in management or equivalent (preferred).
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in developing and leading complex programs and services.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of application of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements for jurisdictions that services operate in.
• Significant senior leadership experience that has included delivery of significant growth objectives, change and improvement programs in a social care context.
• Demonstrated experience acting as primary organisational representative for significant/strategic external forums and senior relationships (CEO and executive level interface).
