You will lead strategy, performance, and budget management of our Op Shops and Social Enterprises. You will drive business development and growth by opening new op shop stores, cultivating new revenue-generating partnerships and strengthening our existing ones.
You’ll be backed by organisational commitment and work closely with stakeholders to align strategy with objectives, drive operational growth, and maximise impact for corporate partners, communities, and clients.
You will be supported by a well-established and high-performing leadership team and together you will build a sustainable revenue pipeline, deliver innovative, customer-focused services, and expand our service offerings.
We currently have 120 employees and 460 volunteers across 24 Op shops and counting, as well as two disability social enterprises, Tadpac and Fire and Clay. Find out more.
In addition to a base salary of $129K- $140K + $9K car allowance + super, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
