We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Worker to join our Homelessness Support Services Program based at Blackburn, on a permanent full-time basis. The program delivers a range of support services to individuals and families who are homeless, or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
As a Senior Worker, you will work in partnership with the Team Leader to provide effective leadership support to a committed team. The role will carry a reduced case load of clients and will be responsible for providing formal supervision and mentoring support to team members and students. The role will also be expected to assist with training and inducting new team members. The Senior Worker will contribute to the overall development of the program and promote high quality service delivery.

In addition to receiving a salary equivalent to SCHADS Level 5 and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
