As the OSHC Service Leader you will oversee and lead the strategic and operational management of our Bundarra OSHC.
You will drive quality, sustainability, and service delivery. You will support your team to ensure our practices facilitate a program consistent with the National Quality Standards and reflects the National Quality Framework, taking our OSHC programs to the next level.

In addition to a base hourly rate of $33.46 per hour (negotiable depending on skills and experience) + super, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
