Our Youth Residential Services Program delivers high quality care and support within a 24-hour therapeutic residential setting to children and young people who are unable live with their families, kinship carers or foster carers. The program supports vulnerable children and young people who present complex needs and have often experienced past trauma and abuse.
Our 4-bed active model is designed to stabilise young people and empower them to reach their potential in a long-term therapeutic setting. With coaching and support from our Therapeutic Specialists, you will work as part of a dedicated team to provide trauma informed care and maintain a safe and welcoming home environment for young people.

In addition to receiving a salary commencing at SCHADS Level 3 and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
