About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Executive Assistant of Housing & Property and the Mission & Equity division.

This is an essential role within the two divisions and will assist with managing key priorities and information, coordinating meetings and building high level relationships with key stakeholders.

In addition to providing general support and assistance, the Team Assistant will coordinate briefings, manage appointments, and develop and maintain systems to support the EA to the Director of Mission and the General Manager of Housing Property as well as supporting the broader divisions.

About you

You are an organised, calm under-pressure and approachable individual who is accustomed to working in a busy environment. You are able to anticipate the needs of those you support and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.

You are great with technology, have a well developed sense of discretion and the ability to keep a high level of confidentiality. You enjoy meeting people and have strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

You have previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant and are interested in taking a next step in your career.
