Due to strong growth in our service delivery, we’ve created a new Community Housing Maintenance Team Leader role to lead the team in delivering maintenance services at properties owned and managed by Uniting housing.
While the role will ensure the timely delivery of maintenance within budget and regulatory timeframes are met and that assets are compliant, the role will also play a critical part in the implementation of Uniting’s Strategic Asset Management Plan, working collaboratively with the other property focused teams.

In addition to a SCHADS 6.1 salary and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits. You will have a Tertiary qualification(s) in a property, project management, asset management or other related discipline as well as extensive demonstrated experience and success in a property related role.
