Our navigator program utilises a trauma-informed, culturally safe, assertive case management model to respond to challenges experienced by young people with the goal of re-engaging learners in education.
As the Team Leader, you will supervise and support the Navigator team and work closely with the Department of Education (DE) and partner organisations to drive culture of innovation and best practice.
The position is part-time, permanent up to 0.9FTE, and works Monday to Friday. We’re flexible about start and finish times. Talk to us about what you’re looking for and we’ll see if we can make it work.
