Your new role

We deliver high-quality care to support children and young people in foster care. Our program is designed to help children heal from trauma and thrive. We are committed to a collaborative, inclusive approach where our carers play a crucial role in the care team.

You will play an important role in supporting children and young people in foster care, including facilitating transitions, coordinating caregiver matches, and ensuring best-practice care.

You will work closely with foster carers, families, and a network of professionals, ensuring that each child receives the specialised care they need to overcome their past experiences and achieve their full potential.

Your skills and experience

You will also bring with you:

• Demonstrated experience in case management
• Demonstrated experience in working with children, young people and families preferred.
• A relevant qualification (Bachelor or Diploma) or currently studying towards a qualification.
• A proven track record working effectively in a team and excellent client communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience in therapeutic work or willingness to develop skills.
