About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transitional Support Worker to join our Homelessness Support Services Program. The Transitional Support Worker will engage clients through outreach, assist clients to establish and maintain sustainable tenancies, and support them to access relevant resources and specialist services.
