Woden Community Service (WCS) has been providing community-based services to the Canberra region for over 50 years. Our vision of ‘a caring community where everyone belongs’ is achieved through our values of inclusion, compassion, hope, responsiveness, integrity, and social justice.
We deliver services across the ACT covering children, families, young people and seniors including disability, housing and mental health services.
WCS Aged Care is offered under several programs including CHSP, Veterans Home Care and Brokerage. We are seeking an experienced Coordinator Service Delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating the operational functions of the Aged Care home care worker team, focusing on service quality and outcomes for Aged Care clients by developing and supervising workers, creating and maintaining rosters, and contributing to a continuous quality improvement approach.
