We deliver services across the ACT covering children, families, young people and seniors including disability, housing and mental health services.

We are currently seeking a passionate Learning and Development Administrative Officer to assist the Learning and Development Team Leader and Learning and Development Advisor with administrative duties.

Our Offer

  • Permanent part-time appointment (22.5 hours/week).
  • Salary of WCS 4 $74,040.15 - $79,392.45 p.a. (pro-rata) depending on qualifications and experience, plus 11.5% Superannuation.
  • Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per year) plus meal and entertainment cards.
  • Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year.
  • 15 days paid personal leave per annum (pro rata) for part-time employees.
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave.

Experience & Qualifications

  • An interest in Learning and Development and experience in coordinating events or training courses.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of tools, in particular, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Sound communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to establish, build and maintain sound relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation based on mutual respect and trust.
  • Demonstrated understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
