About the Role

The Data Specialist manages and maintains the data quality of WWF's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role involves handling data imports and exports, performing data quality checks, responding to data-related requests from internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the processing of recurring credit card and direct debit processing. The role seeks to ensure that we have high quality and up-to-date data in our systems so that we can provide our supporters with the optimal WWF experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support WWF's end-to-end transaction processing operations, to ensure timely and accurate processing of donations.
  • Handle the regular upload & extraction of data between vendors and the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records as part of routine processes.
  • Write queries to check and export data from the CRM to fulfil data requests from internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate data extracts.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven experience in data management, particularly in a CRM environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Advanced Excel experience.
