The Data Specialist manages and maintains the data quality of WWF's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role involves handling data imports and exports, performing data quality checks, responding to data-related requests from internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the processing of recurring credit card and direct debit processing. The role seeks to ensure that we have high quality and up-to-date data in our systems so that we can provide our supporters with the optimal WWF experience.
