About the Role

The Journey Specialist uses skills in design thinking and marketing automation to create journeys and experiences that increase supporter loyalty, by delivering the right offer to the right person at the right time through the right channel. This role aims to uplift WWF-Australia's marketing automation capability to deliver best in class supporter experience and grow revenue and support for our work.

Key Accountabilities (Refer to PD for full list of Key Accountabilities)

  • Lead the organisations approach to marketing automation, as the subject matter expert in journey design, build and execution.
  • Manage and administer WWF-Australia's marketing automation platform to improve performance, user experience and maintain data integrity and security.
  • Lead stakeholders through end-to-end design process to design new supporter journeys and experiences that increase loyalty.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Refer to PD for full list of Selection Criteria)

  • Demonstrated advanced technical experience in journey design and build using marketing automation tools to implement personalised multi-channel journeys (Marketo/Salesforce/Microsoft highly regarded).
  • Experience using design thinking and journey mapping to design new experiences, processes and journeys.
  • Experience administering a marketing automation platform (Marketo/Salesforce/Microsoft highly regarded).
