WWYW Australia (What Were You Wearing) is an Indigenous-led, non-profit organisation committed to preventing and ending sexual violence. Founded in 2021, WWYW has become a powerful advocate for victim-survivors, with over 300,000 people educated through its social media platforms and 100,000 rally attendees.
The organisation provides critical support through healing groups, education programs, and national advocacy campaigns, such as their push for mandatory trauma-informed training for first responders. WWYW's work emphasises creating safe spaces for marginalised communities, including Indigenous, people living with a disability and LGBTQIA+ people, to heal and find justice.
Your responsibilities will include:
