ABOUT YOUR ORGANISATION

WWYW Australia (What Were You Wearing) is an Indigenous-led, non-profit organisation committed to preventing and ending sexual violence. Founded in 2021, WWYW has become a powerful advocate for victim-survivors, with over 300,000 people educated through its social media platforms and 100,000 rally attendees.

The organisation provides critical support through healing groups, education programs, and national advocacy campaigns, such as their push for mandatory trauma-informed training for first responders. WWYW's work emphasises creating safe spaces for marginalised communities, including Indigenous, people living with a disability and LGBTQIA+ people, to heal and find justice.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our audience’s behaviour and needs.
  • Help us introduce our new organisational structure and ensure the change is made properly.
  • Work with CEO on plans for the future of the organisation.
  • Developing, executing, and managing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identifying and analysing key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, etc.) to implement growth initiatives.
  • Creating reports and presenting performance metrics to senior management.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have proven experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, preferably in a startup or NFP.
  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You are proactive and can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
