Wyatt is seeking a suitably experienced individual to join our grants team at 0.8FTE. Reporting to the Programs and Impact Lead, the Relationship Manager is a key member of the team delivering Wyatt’s grant programs.

This role is responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing partner grant relationships while also delivering the direct grants program through a select number of these relationships.

To be successful you should have:

• A commitment to the values of Wyatt, as well as understanding and empathy both with the circumstances of people experiencing financial disadvantage and its causes
• Demonstrated experience of relationship management, ideally in a non-profit environment
• Analytical skills and demonstrated experience of applying learnt knowledge to adaptive programs
