We're on the lookout for passionate and experienced family workers to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. As part of our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, you’ll work directly in family homes to support children’s wellbeing from a strengths-based perspective. You’ll have the freedom to get creative in how you engage with families, while benefiting from the support of an experienced and dedicated team.
In this role, you’ll gain valuable training in assessment and case planning tools, with a strong focus on risk assessment and collaboration with the Child Safety Principal Child Protection Practitioner. Our integrated approach means you'll be working alongside skilled professionals from a range of fields, including Domestic and Family Violence, Housing, and Functional Family Therapy-Child Welfare therapists, to help create meaningful, lasting solutions for families.
