  • This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and execute the marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences across multiple service streams.
  • By overseeing the creation and delivery of diverse communications campaigns both internally and externally you will collaborate with various YFS teams to support our strategic objectives.
  • You will have a significant impact with supporting YFS’s story and successes.
  • You’ll be part of an innovative Strategy, Research, Marketing and Communications team supporting a dynamic organisation engaged in compelling and groundbreaking initiatives.

About the job

  • Role location: Slacks Creek
  • Role type: Permanent full-time
  • Pay range: Contract

To ensure your success in this role you will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communication roles
  • Creativity ability to develop innovative campaigns and craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences in partnership with the leadership team.
  • An eye for shaping the brand's image and influencing its growth.
  • High level communication skills and very strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, excellent time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to problem solve and deliver across multiple projects at the same time.
