YFS is implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning Solution. We are looking for a Systems Improvement Officer to optimise our use of digital platforms for streamlined management of business operations.

About the job

  • Role location: Slacks Creek
  • Role type: Contract; maximum term 12 months (flexible working opportunities available)
  • Pay range: $97,689 to $102,114 a year based on experience, with salary packaging exempt from Fringe Benefits Tax available

In this role you will:

  • Work with management and corporate teams to ensure our intranet site information, layout and navigation meet our needs and provide clear guidance and direction to our staff
  • Assist in understanding and creating new work processes to ensure our documentation supports our risk management and continuous improvement activities
  • Be part of the project team that develops, designs and implements our new Enterprise Resource Planning System
  • Design and implement short and long-term strategic goals for managing and maintaining systems and software.

About you

Aside from meeting the key capabilities outlined in the related role description available from our careers page, you’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have demonstrated experience in systems improvement and project support/management
  • Have strong computer literacy, with a focus on data integrity and excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Have experience in or an understanding of implementing Enterprise Resource Planning Solution software
  • Are self-motivated, with great time management and a high degree of professionalism.
