Are you a skilled Youth Worker or Case Manager who can think on their feet when dealing with crisis and apply common sense solutions?
Do you want to make a difference supporting young people to get their lives back on track?
We’re looking for a Youth Development Coach to work in our youth participation program, Youthlink. The Youth Development Coach provides intensive case management and coaching supports to at-risk young people aged 12 to 21 years linking them with support services tailored to their individual needs.
YFS is a leader in Youth Services in the Logan, Redlands and surrounding areas. Our integrated approach is designed to deliver better outcomes for the young people we work with. In this role, you will collaborate with other teams across our range of services including alcohol and other drugs, transition from care, youth justice, housing and legal services. This also means there are great opportunities to develop your career.
