Young Leaders of Tasmania (YLOT) is a not-for-profit community organisation that aims to empower young people of all abilities to reach their potential. YLOT's peer mentor buddy programs provide friendship and support for young people living with disability; and personal growth and leadership for young people of all abilities. YLOT is committed to making communities inclusive and creating awareness of disability through our younger generation, with the aim to creating change and acceptance over the long term.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Administration Manager is a new position and will be a key contact point for the rapidly expanding organisation. The position involves managing the day to day operation of the office, including finance and payroll, to enable efficient running of the organisation, providing support to the CEO and Program Managers in all areas of administration and program support. Immediate start preferred, but flexible for the right candidate.

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience in administration management, ideally within the disability sector. You will love a varied role, interacting with people of all abilities, as well as data entry and file management. You will have excellent attention to detail and organisational, planning and time management abilities. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse range of stakeholders.
