The centre has 10 rooms, and with our educator to child ratios in place to enable the best learning experience for the children, we can accommodate up to 124 children.
We are seeking a Director who is committed to building and maintaining exceeding practice and someone who excels when working in collaborative and supportive teams. The successful applicant is a reflective leader who is motivated, ambitious and dedicated to safeguarding children and young people.
Holder ELC is sustainably built, with plenty of natural light and wide open spaces. Our large, well designed outdoor play garden is complimented by a strong sustainability program. We believe in empowering children to lead the curriculum. We foster holistic learning approaches within our environments for children.
The Y provides many support roles to assist with mentoring the growth of the educational program and practice as well as a dedicated leadership and administration team to assist with business operation, compliance, quality and administration.
