If you are someone who puts the children’s needs first, you want to see them grow, learn, and succeed, then join us at our new 92 place childcare centre, where we will be caring for and nurturing children from 6 weeks to 5 years.
We are looking for an Assistant Director who will provide a safe and stimulating environment for every child attending the centre.
You will be working closely with the Centre Director to set up and facilitate the opening of our new centre. Once open, you will assist the Centre Director in the day-to-day management of the centre, maintaining high quality programs, identifying staff training needs and providing recommendations, as well as enrolling and orientating new families as appropriate.
Furthermore, your forte will be your ability to collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance. You can support those around you by effectively planning and enhancing our programs so that each child reaches their full potential.
Our spacious and vibrant new centre, which will be ran by one of our experienced Directors who is relocating for this great opportunity, focuses on nature and sustainability, encouraging play and learning, both indoors and outdoors. The environment will align with our childcare philosophy and the Y’s Approach to Learning, which has been proven to provide children with the best start in life and where we will help prepare them for school. Our programs are designed to meet the individual interests and needs of the children and support their learning journey.
So, why don’t you become part of this brand-new journey with us from the get-go?
