Reporting to the CEO, Yooralla’s CIO manages a technology landscape which includes a flagship Customer Management System based upon the Salesforce platform, the Microsoft 365 productivity toolset, an intense focus on information security, an extensive network and a range of other enterprise and departmental applications.
The CIO works closely with the Executive team and other stakeholders to align ICT activities with the strategic and operational needs of the business. An internal technology support team of approximately 25 staff is supported by a range of external partners to plan and deliver timely and high-quality ICT-related outcomes across Yooralla.
Yooralla believes that the quality of our systems and processes strongly correlates with the quality of our services and plans ongoing evolution of our systems and processes with commensurate investment and associated training.
The CIO will have the opportunity to make a far-reaching contribution to Yooralla, and provide leadership balancing investment, effort and risk with business outcomes
