So what will you actually be doing as a Disability Support Worker (DSW) in Residential Accommodation? This rewarding role supports adults with disability one-on-one or in groups, in their homes and occasionally in the community. You will work closely with individuals to implement personalised plans that address their unique needs and goals. No one work day (or night) will be the same! You might support clients with:

We're looking for people who are passionate, have a great attitude and an eagerness to learn. You'll share Yooralla’s values and have:
A Certificate IV in Disability, relevant work experience or an interest in community services would be great, if you already have any of these. If not, don’t worry as Yooralla provides excellent training and support, and can even support you to work and study. You may even find you have some transferable skills to bring to the role.
You will be subject to NDIS Worker Screening Check.
